Dr. Peter Lim decided to become a dentist to provide access to quality oral health care for people who may not have grown up with access to the treatment that they needed. In fact, as a child, Dr. Lim describes how difficult it was to see family members in pain simply because they couldn’t access quality dental care in their area.
After high school, Dr. Lim studied at Rutgers University and earned a degree in Chemistry, then later went on to earn a master's in Biomedical Sciences from UMDNJ. From there, he completed dental school at NYU. Even today, Dr. Lim’s commitment to lifelong learning has included more advanced areas of dental implant therapy and caring for patients with special needs. He is an active member of the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Having established his practice in Royersford, Dr. Lim's passion for dental care is reflected in his transparency and honesty, as he strives to treat each patient as if they were a member of his own family.
Outside his professional endeavors, Dr. Lim enjoys playing soccer and lacrosse, as he loves to stay active and lead a healthy lifestyle. He is also a proud sponsor of Fostering Hope PA.
