Once each implant is placed and integrated, a custom-made crown is attached to the implant via an abutment. We will carefully match the crown so that it blends in with your surrounding smile.
Implant-Supported Bridges (for Multiple Teeth)
An implant bridge is a great option if you have multiple missing teeth in one area of your smile. Instead of a traditional bridge, which involves adjacent teeth being used as anchors, dental implants support these types of bridges. This design allows Dr. Lim to replace more teeth at once, as implants can support longer dental bridges than traditional versions anchored to natural teeth. Unlike removable partials, implant bridges only fill in the missing teeth without covering other portions of your mouth.
Snap-in Dentures (Overdentures)
If you need to replace all of your teeth with full dentures, snap-in dentures, also known as overdentures, can be a worthwhile upgrade. By using as few as 2-4 strategically placed implants, we can anchor the dentures so that they clip in and out rather than rest directly on your gums. With overdentures, you won’t need messy adhesives. Instead, you can enjoy eating and speaking more confidently without fear of your denture slipping out of place or rubbing uncomfortably.
